Beautiful casino let down by poor service. I visited the Dragonara after visiting three other casinos in Malta over the space of a week and I have to say that it is the most beautiful of all four.

However, the staff were quite rude and ignorant apart from the lady on reception and it was impossible to get a drink.

I had heard it is nice to have a drink on the terrace during a break in gambling but unfortunately I never got the opportunity.

Decided to leave and return to one of the other friendlier casinos, which is a shame as I really wanted to like the Dragonara.
